Tim joined Hunt & Hunt as a law clerk in 2007, graduated in 2014, and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2018.
For the past four years, Tim has worked alongside Ian Miller in our North Ryde office.
Tim advises landlords and tenants in relation to complex shopping centre, commercial and industrial leases. He also has considerable experience in residential conveyancing, elder law, retirement village contracts, large-scale property developments, building contracts and the associated dispute resolution, stamp duty and taxation issues.
Tim is currently assisting an Australian government business enterprise with its residential development of the former UTS Ku-ring-gai site at Lindfield, as well as managing leasing matters for a local council and retirement village.
Years of experience working as a paralegal taught Tim to be meticulous, empathetic and proactive. He has a thorough appreciation of legal process and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate into problems.
