Personal Experience

Tony is a highly respected insurance lawyer with more than 30 year of experience and is a consultant with Hunt & Hunt.

He has experience in Statutory Compensation (Workcover and Transport Accidents) and Common Law, General Insurance, Product and Public Liability, Chemical and Dust Exposure Claims (including Asbestos) and Medical Malpractice.

Some of recent experience includes:

• Representing an employer in a landmark Case which significantly changed the relative liability between Employers and Asbestos producers/suppliers.
• In recent times while consulting to Plaintiffs, he was instrumental in settling multi-million-dollar cases involving Medical Negligence and Bullying and Harassment under the Wrongs Act.
