Sydney to host a supporting conference for Asia’s leading economic forum – The Boao Forum for Asia (BFA). To take place in June 2015, the Financial Cooperation Conference is designed to throw a light on issues related to the economic and social development of Asia.
Jim Harrowell, Hunt & Hunt Partner and President of the Australia China Business Council (ACBC) believes the forum provides critical face-to face opportunities to develop existing trade in key sectors such as agriculture, education, tourism and telecommunications.
Harrowell said, “New South Wales is known for its economic vibrancy and is ideally placed to host a segment of the BFA forum. I am looking forward to working with BFA to boost international trade and keep local industry informed of event plans as they take shape.”
