Alice is known for her pragmatic and client focused approach to all aspects of legal work, and strives to understand her clients and work with them to achieve the best possible outcome for their particular circumstances.
Her main areas of practice include: insolvency, debt recovery, contractual disputes as well as building and construction, planning and general commercial litigation.
Alice has worked on matters in VCAT, the County Court of Victoria, Supreme Court of Victoria and Federal Court of Australia.
With a background in banking and finance, Alice acts for financial institutions in security creation and enforcement issues as well as priority advice across all Australian jurisdictions.
During her time at Hunt & Hunt, Alice has also worked on a variety of property transactions including sales and purchases of commercial and residential real estate, industrial and retail leasing and general advice for a variety of government, corporate and private clients.
Alice’s property experience greatly assists her in property litigation whether it be caveat removal applications, lease disputes, contract of sale disputes or securities and enforcement work.
