Craig’s successful commercial, property and estate practice is testament to the detailed, easy to understand advice Craig provides to his clients. Craig has proven experience in the areas of commercial leasing and general commercial law, including buying and selling businesses. This extends to commercial litigation advice, acting in proceedings for many clients primarily in the Supreme Court and the NSW Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT) in relation to building disputes.
Craig’s property experience includes;
- Subdivision work – assisting in both Torrens title and strata subdivision for a number of large developers.
- He has acted in approximately 10,000 property transfers and conveyances as well as numerous commercial and retail leases for both lessors and lessees
- Easement and covenant creations
- Strata by-laws and dispute resolution for strata schemes.
