Personal Experience

James joined Hunt & Hunt in 2023 as a law graduate after studying a Bachelor of Arts/Laws (Hons) at Monash University with a major in History and minors in Ancient History and Philosophy.

James has established himself as an integral member of the Commercial Litigation team. His main areas of practice are contractual disputes, debt recovery and insolvency.

James brings a straightforward approach to all aspects of legal work and strives to understand his clients to achieve the best outcome possible for them with respect to their unique circumstances.

• Managing a wide range of debt recovery disputes for national and international clients.
• Assisting clients in relation to major property and contractual disputes.
• Advising in relation to construction disputes, including contractor disputes.
