Personal Experience
Joe has an extensive career as a solicitor practising in the area of property law, wills and will disputes.
Joe has experience in:
- complex transactions and commercial contracts including the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial, residential, and strata title real estate;
- acting for local authorities in respect of subdivisions, acquisitions, road dedications, dedications of community land, and transfer of property including the preparation of deeds, contracts and instruments creating easements and covenants;
- acting for mortgagors and mortgagees in relation to their rights and obligations under security documents;
- acting for private clients and statutory authorities in relation to caveatable interests including preparation and registration of caveats, lapsing notices and withdrawals of caveats. Acting for clients in proceedings relating to disputed caveat interests;
- advising and acting on disputes regarding tenancy and related issues;
- acting on secondary documentation relating to leases and licences including agreements for leases, guarantees, incentive and fitout deeds, subleases, telecommunications licences, surrender and assignments.
Prior to joining Hunt & Hunt in 2020 Joe was a principal of Bond & Bond Lawyers.
