Matt is a member of the Hunt & Hunt litigation and dispute resolution team. Matt works with Commonwealth and New South Wales Government clients providing advice and appearing as advocate for these organisations.
Matt advises and appears in matters involving various disputed issues. Organisations Matt works with include the Australian Taxation Office, the Commonwealth Department of Human Services, Office of Liquor and Gaming NSW, Food Authority NSW and State Debt Recovery NSW.
Matt also acts in matters arising from allegations of misconduct and matters within the criminal jurisdiction.
Matt provides advice to the Australian Taxation Office on unfair preference claims.
Matt manages each matter in a sensitive and timely manner which is critical in this area of practice.
Matt has made a significant contribution to our pro bono practice, particularly in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal where he has acted on behalf of Mission Australia Housing.
