Personal Experience

Taylor MacDonald’s passion for people and culture grew while studying commerce at the University of Saskatchewan, Edwards School of Business.

He started his career working in the aviation industry for a regional airline servicing the provincial northern communities in Canada.  After two years, he moved overseas to New Zealand for a one year working holiday which quickly grew into an 8 year career. He commenced with Hunt & Hunt, relocating to Melbourne, in 2023.

During his time in New Zealand, he worked for several companies, gaining experience over multiple industries such as technology, infrastructure, construction, and law.

Taylor is passionate about providing opportunities for all staff to grow and develop during their career with Hunt & Hunt.
