Wendy is a highly experienced property lawyer having assisted clients for more than 25 years with advice and transactional representation. She brings a pragmatic and commercial approach to her work leading to successful and long-term relationships.
Wendy’s diverse experience includes:
- Advising NSW Telecommunications Authority in relation to the delivery of the Government’s Critical Communications Enhancement Program to improve operational communication for essential service providers in NSW. Preparing and negotiating long-term leases and licences of land to enable the rollout of the facility across NSW;
- The acquisition and disposal of water access licences;
- Managing landlord leasing portfolios for office buildings in Sydney and the greater metropolitan area for a number of property trusts and private companies, managing large commercial and retail property portfolios including drafting and negotiating commercial and retail leases, agreements, incentive deeds, car parking licences, storage licences and other ancillary documents, as well as dealing with and resolving the day to day legal queries that arise in landlord leasing portfolios;
- Undertaking due diligence and providing reports for the sale and acquisition of commercial property;
- Acting for property developers in medium and large-scale long-term projects from site acquisition to disposal of developed lots;
- Acting in the sale and purchase of residential, rural property and commercial real estate.
