Ellorie Mercer

Ellorie Mercer is a Lawyer with experience across insurance advisory and litigation matters. She brings a practical, detail-focused approach shaped by hands-on experience in both private practice and in-house legal environments.

Since joining Hunt & Hunt, Ellorie has worked closely with the Insurance team, assisting on matters across all stages of the dispute process. Her work includes reviewing discovered material, managing matter documentation, preparing correspondence and supporting the efficient progression of litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Ellorie gained in-house experience with Acciona Rail and Coleman Rail, supporting procurement and the roll out of major rail infrastructure projects across Victoria . These roles provided her with a strong understanding of the client-side experience and the realities of commercial risk.

This experience has helped Ellorie develop a specialisation in front-end risk and insurance advisory matters.
