Hunt & Hunt is delighted to announce Marianna Parry has joined as Principal in the Melbourne based Corporate & Commercial team.
Previously Special Counsel at HWL Ebsworth, Marianna brings expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity & venture capital transactions, equity capital markets and public company takeovers as well as blockhchain-based digital assets. Prior to her time at HWLE, Marianna ran her own legal practice, and held a role in the litigation team at Herbert Smith Freehills.
Having worked closely with clients from established public companies and family offices to start ups, Marianna brings a nuanced knowledge of the law as well as an ability to quickly identify potential issues in transactions and readily identify solutions to ensure the best outcome for her clients.

In addition to her transactional expertise, Marianna also has a keen interest in the biotechnology sector, fuelled while completing studies in biomedical science and culminating in a biomedical visualisation and film production company she runs with husband Jack.
