Meet Ritika Sardar – A Rising Star in Hunt & Hunt's Corporate & Commercial Team

Since joining Hunt & Hunt's Melbourne office in late 2022, Ritika Sardar has become an integral part of the Corporate & Commercial team. Promoted to Associate in early 2025, Ritika brings a rare combination of cross-border legal experience, academic excellence, and a commercial mindset.

Beginning her career at a top-tier law firm in India, Ritika built a strong foundation in transactional and advisory work before relocating to Australia to pursue a Master of Business Law at Monash University. Her transition into Australian practice was seamless, underpinned by a shared common law tradition and her keen analytical skills.

At Hunt & Hunt, Ritika is recognised for her precision in M&A drafting, her clarity in contract advice, and her commitment to practical, client-focused outcomes. Her work is informed by her international experience and grounded in a deep understanding of commercial drivers.

Outside of law, Ritika is an avid swimmer, classical singer, reader and tennis fan '€” embracing the full breadth of Australian life.
