Robert has practised in environmental and planning law for more than 24 years. He has worked with both government and private organisations, providing legal services across a broad range of environmental issues such as general planning law, development levies, land valuation and compulsory acquisition, contaminated land issues, biodiversity conservation, carbon trading, indigenous and European heritage and environmental protection licensing.
