COVID-19: our response

COVID-19: our response

We’re monitoring the situation daily for the safety of our people. We take the health and wellbeing of our people, clients and the community extremely seriously.

The COVID-19 measures we have implemented are consistent with the advice from Australian Government Department of Health, State Health Authorities and Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and we have taken additional steps to minimise the risk of infection and the impact.

Business continuity

Our Hunt & Hunt COVID-19 Task Force is monitoring and reviewing the situation and providing direction and communication on the evolving situation.

Hunt & Hunt is fully resourced to support clients. We are continually monitoring the rapidly evolving situation and will keep clients informed if there are any changes to capacity within our teams.

Our clients can be assured we are able to continue to support them during this period of uncertainty. Our people will continue to be available through our normal communication channels.

Current situation and containment measures

  • We have no reported positive cases of COVID-19 at our offices or amongst our people.
  • Staff returning from overseas are under containment and self-quarantining for 14 days.
  • We ask clients who are considered “vulnerable” (those over 60 and those with chronic disease) not to visit our offices and to arrange phone meetings where possible.
  • We currently have no planned office closures but are well advanced in our scenario planning to ensure we continue to service our clients in the event of office closures becoming necessary
