Hunt & Hunt Lawyers has further expanded its highly regarded Melbourne based litigation team with the appointment of Graeme Scott as Principal.

With a broad practice encompassing commercial litigation and dispute resolution, corporate insolvency and intellectual property, Graeme’s impressive range of skills and expertise will complement our existing litigation team.

Graeme’s practice focus is on working with insolvency practitioners acting as liquidators, receivers and administrators.

He has a keen interest in the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) (PPSA) and is a regular presenter on the practical implications of the PPSA to a range of professional associations and firms.
